Name | Throttle Valve Cleaner (BA-47) |

Throttle Valve Cleaner from the Bareliz Engine Care series is a highly active and powerful solvent, specifically formulated to remove carbon residues, sludge, and other deposits accumulated in the throttle valve and intake valves. Keeping these components clean has a significant impact on reducing fuel consumption and carbon monoxide emissions. Restoring normal engine output and improving performance at low RPMs are additional key benefits of timely cleaning and maintenance of these parts. After cleaning, engine operation will be noticeably smoother and more enjoyable.
Important Notes Before Use:
- This task must be carried out by trained and experienced individuals.
- Always observe all safety precautions during use and employ appropriate safety equipment such as work gloves and safety goggles.
- If the engine stalls when the throttle valve is opened, you may detach the mass airflow sensor and, using a diagnostic device, clear any related faults. After the procedure, perform any necessary system calibrations and reconnect the sensor.
- The appearance of white smoke from the exhaust after product use indicates that residues are being expelled and is not a cause for concern.
- If the amount of deposits is excessive or the maintenance interval has been long, you may repeat the entire cleaning process twice.
Directions for Use:
- Start the engine and allow it to run for 5 minutes to reach operating temperature.
- Turn off the engine.
- Disconnect the throttle valve hose.
- Spray the product onto the components 5 to 7 times, each time for about 3 seconds.
- Wait 3 to 5 minutes to let the cleaning process complete.
- Reconnect the throttle valve hose, ensuring it is properly secured.
- Start the engine.
- Gently press the accelerator pedal, keeping the engine speed between 1,000 and 2,000 RPM for 20 to 30 seconds.
